 Kevin is a principal with Focus Capital Advisors, Inc.  Kevin’s business experience includes fifteen years in public accounting, including twelve years as a Partner in one of the country’s fastest growing CPA and Consulting firms, FERS Business Services where he served as Partner in Charge of the Small Business Group. Kevin also spent four years as the Chief Operating Officer and National Director of Consulting Services for the Practice Development Institute.  Certified in Merger & Acquisitions by the Alliance of M&A Advisors, Kevin has completed a number of transactions over the last three years in a variety of industries.  Additionally, he specializes in strategic planning and CFO services to a wide range of businesses with an emphasis on manufacturing, distribution and professional service firms.  Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant, a graduate of Northern Illinois University and holds an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, with a specialization in accounting and finance.
